Privacy & Data Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

SiteMaker AI ("we", "us") builds websites from your ideas and helps you take bookings and payments. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who can see it, and the choices you have. By using the platform you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and password (stored securely) when you register. Content you create: the business idea you type and the websites SiteMaker AI generates for you (pages, copy, branding, and images). Booking details: when a visitor submits a booking request on your site, we store their name, email, the service, date, time, and any notes they provide. Payment information: subscription purchases are processed by our payment provider (Wix). We store the order and subscription identifiers and the plan you purchased, but we never see or store your full card details.

2. How we use your information

To generate, host, and display your websites; to create booking requests and notify you of new requests; to process subscription payments and grant the features of your chosen plan; to send essential service emails such as booking confirmations and receipts; and to maintain and improve the platform's AI generation quality.

3. Sharing and processors

We share data only with the processors that make the service work: our AI provider for website generation, our email provider for transactional messages, Google Calendar when you connect it to manage bookings, and our payment provider (Wix) for subscriptions. We never sell your personal information. We disclose data only when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

4. Data access and isolation

Your websites and their drafts are visible only to you and to platform administrators. Other users cannot read your draft sites. Published sites are publicly viewable. Booking requests are visible only to the site owner and to administrators. Payment records are visible only to the buyer who placed the order and to administrators.

5. Bookings and third-party calendars

When you connect Google Calendar, booking requests you receive are added to your calendar as events. The visitor who submits a booking is not added as a calendar attendee and receives no calendar invitation from us; only you are notified by email and on your calendar.

6. AI generation

The text you submit is sent to our AI provider to generate your site content. We do not use your generated sites to train models. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information (such as health or financial details) in your business idea.

7. Data retention

We keep your sites, bookings, and payment records for as long as your account is active. You can delete a site at any time from your dashboard, which removes it from the platform. Account deletion requests can be sent to support.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, or export your data through the platform, and request deletion of your account and associated content. To exercise these rights, contact support.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and restricted, authenticated access to stored records. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

11. Contact

If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact support through the platform's help channels.
